PRINCIPALACCOUNTABILITIES


Thispositionisaccountableforthefollowing:


lContractexecution,renewforlargekeyaccounts,wholesalescustomersandreducenotakeandmaintainthevolume.Workwithinsidesalesteamtomonitorthecontractexecution,reducethenotakeandimprovetheoverallcustomerretentionrateandreducethechurnrate.

lExecutethemarginenhancementprogramsuchasPIPanddeliverychargeetc.byworkingwithinsidesalesteamandotherfunctionalsupportteamclosely.

lLeadingtheaccountdefensiveactionwhenthecompetitorsareapproachingourexistingaccounts.Conducteffectivepricenegotiation,contractrenewwhenfacingcompetitors.

lExplorethenewretailerbusinessandimprovetheratioofPGheliumretailercustomers.

lExplorethenewapplicationsegmentofPGheliumandincreasethemarketshareandpenetration.

lProvidethesolutionforengineeringservicetoexistingaccountssuchashandgoods,manifoldetc.Provideeffectivesupporttoexistingcustomers.

lSolvecustomerdisputefacetofaceifneeded.

lCollectfeedbackfromcustomersandworkwithinternalfunctionsuchasinsidesales,supplychainexecutionandCSLtoimprovetheservicetocustomers.

lGraspthenewsigningfromexistingaccountsorre-signthesupplyagreement/POifneeded.Whenexistingaccountshastheexpansion,newproducts,relocationetc,itisincumbent’sresponsibilitytosignthenewcontractwithexistingaccountsandmaintainoursupplytotheseaccounts.

lOtherworksandprojectsassignedbysupervisorsorcompany.


JOBREQUIREMENTS


1.Education

A.Universityeducation(inbusinessortechnicalareapreferred)anengineering,finance,marketingand/ormanagementdiscipline.

2.WorkExperience

A.Atleast5yearsofprogressivecommercialexperiencetohandlethecustomerfacetoface.


3.Skills

A.Sales,commercial,andnegotiationskills.Strongnegotiationskillisaplus.


4.Qualities

A.Havinginfluencingskills.Abilitytogetalongwellwithdiversepersonalities.Concise,strong,mature,andflexible.

B.Isflexibletohandledifferentscenarioandcanadapttochange.

C.Integrity–actwithintegrityandinaccordancewithcompanyethics.Abilitytoconfrontbehaviornotconsistentwithcompanyvalues.Honorscommitments.

D.Problemsolvinganddecision-makingskills–decisionsthatreflectthoroughevaluationofneeds,goals,facts,etc.,

E.Strongnegotiationskillandcanhandlethepressureandstresswhenfacingtoughcustomers.

F.Resultfocused–demonstrateabilitytoreachgoals,accountabilityforresults,demonstratedabilitytomanagethroughcompanynetwork,assertive,clearnotionsofefficiency.

G.Willingtotakeaccountabilityanddesiretoworkandwalkforextramiles.
