lContractexecution,renewforlargekeyaccounts,wholesalescustomersandreducenotakeandmaintainthevolume.Workwithinsidesalesteamtomonitorthecontractexecution,reducethenotakeandimprovetheoverallcustomerretentionrateandreducethechurnrate.
lExecutethemarginenhancementprogramsuchasPIPanddeliverychargeetc.byworkingwithinsidesalesteamandotherfunctionalsupportteamclosely.
lLeadingtheaccountdefensiveactionwhenthecompetitorsareapproachingourexistingaccounts.Conducteffectivepricenegotiation,contractrenewwhenfacingcompetitors.
lExplorethenewretailerbusinessandimprovetheratioofPGheliumretailercustomers.
lExplorethenewapplicationsegmentofPGheliumandincreasethemarketshareandpenetration.
lProvidethesolutionforengineeringservicetoexistingaccountssuchashandgoods,manifoldetc.Provideeffectivesupporttoexistingcustomers.
lSolvecustomerdisputefacetofaceifneeded.
lCollectfeedbackfromcustomersandworkwithinternalfunctionsuchasinsidesales,supplychainexecutionandCSLtoimprovetheservicetocustomers.
lGraspthenewsigningfromexistingaccountsorre-signthesupplyagreement/POifneeded.Whenexistingaccountshastheexpansion,newproducts,relocationetc,itisincumbent’sresponsibilitytosignthenewcontractwithexistingaccountsandmaintainoursupplytotheseaccounts.
lOtherworksandprojectsassignedbysupervisorsorcompany.
JOBREQUIREMENTS
1.Education
A.Universityeducation(inbusinessortechnicalareapreferred)anengineering,finance,marketingand/ormanagementdiscipline.
2.WorkExperience
A.Atleast5yearsofprogressivecommercialexperiencetohandlethecustomerfacetoface.
