TosupportgassellingthroughpromotingandimplementingAirProductsgasapplicationstechnologyandequipmentinvariousindustries,suchasEPAT(ElectronicsPackaging,Assemblyandtesting),MP(MetalProcessing),CPIC(ChemicalProcessIndustryandIndustrialCryogenics)etc.Thejobholder’smainresponsibilitiesaretosupportthecommercialteamsoncontractsigning,technicalselling,implementationofmarketingplanswiththemarketingteam,toprovidetechnicalservicetonewandexistingcustomersandtoworkwithAT(AdvancedTechnology)todevelopnewapplications. Thispersonisthekeycustomer-facingtechnicalexpertfortheabove-mentionedindustriesindefinedterritory.

PRINCIPALACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Meetwithpotentialcustomersto:(a)presenttechnology;(b)demonstrateeconomicfeasibility;(c)structuregeneralbusinessparameters;and(d)recommendactionplans.
2. Identifytheneedandscope;workouttechnicalproposal;carryoutfieldtest/trialifneeded.
3. Signnewbusinessthroughidentificationanddevelopmentofprospects,preparationoftechnicalproposals,andparticipationinjointsellingeffortswithsalespersonnel.
4. Coordinatewithregionandotherpersonnel(suchasEngineering,Customerstation)toensureproperspecificationsandtimelyinstallationofsupplysystemsandequipment.
5. Conductstart-upsincustomers’plants,collectdata,evaluateandmakechangestoprocessparametersasrequired,andtraincustomeroperatingpersonnel.
6. Maintainexistingaccountsthroughperiodiccontactwithfieldpersonnelandmakerecommendationsforspecificactions.
7. Understandandimplementpropersafetyprocedures.
8. WorkwithATfornewideageneration,newofferingsevaluationanddevelopment,identificationandconductingthebetatrial.
9. WorkingwithMarketing,AdvancedTechnology,Commercialandotherstakeholdertodevelopandconductindustrystrategicandtacticalplan.
10. Preparetechnicalpapers,featurearticles,andassistindevelopingbrochuresandothertechnicalliterature. Conducttrainingandtechnicalseminarsforfieldsalespersonnel,prospectsandcustomers.
