PRINCIPALACCOUNTABILITIES
1. AchieveSalesTargetsintheassignedterritorythroughsigningnewbusinesswithdefinitionofprospects,preparationofsale&technicalproposal,makepresentationandbuildrelationship.
2. Leadingandcollaboratingwithinternaldepartments(sales,marketing,commercialtechnology/GAD,productmanagement,andfinance)andplan,organize,andcarryoutsaleseffortintheassignedgeographicareaofindustrygroup;
3. Prospecting,identifyingandgeneratingnewbusinessaswellasthemaintenanceofexistingcustomersandcollectingcompetitor’sinformation;
4. Identifying,evaluating,commercializinganddevelopingnewandexistingapplicationsandtechnologyemployingindustrialgasesandrelatedequipmentunderthedirectionofthemanagement;
5. Beingresponsibleofusingengineeringprinciplestodevelopprocesses,testproducts,engineerequipment,andperformothertechnicalfunction;
6. Carryingoutcustomercontract,dealingwithcomplaintsfromcustomers.
7. WorkcloselywithAP’sfinancialaffairstoinsureaccountreceivableintimeandprovidecustomerscreditinformationtoAP’sfinancialaffairs.
JOBREQUIREMENTS
Qualifications/Experience/Skills/Qualities
- Bachelor’sDegreeinbusinessorengineeringorrelateddiscipline;
- Minimumof2yearsexperienceinindustrialsalesandmarketingfield;
- Mustbeacreative,organized,proactiveself-startertodevelop,plan,winsupport
andimplementsalesstrategywithlimitedguidance;
4.Abilitytoachievegoalsthroughpersuasiveness,tact,logicandpersonalleadershiptraits,strongdiplomacy,conflictresolution,consensusbuilding,andinterpersonalskills;
5.Havingknowledgeofmarketingstrategy,practices,tools,conceptsandtechniques;
6.Strongwrittenandoralpresentationskills,includingspokenandwrittenfluencyin
ChineseandEnglish;
7.GoodPCandInternetskills.
