PRINCIPALACCOUNTABILITIES 

1. Workcloselywithshiftoperatorsandengineerstotakechargeofthedailyoperationoftheplantincludingprocessadjustment,pipelinedeliverysystems,productqualitycontrol,trailerLoading,Routinefield/equipmentinspectionetc.Ensuretheplantrunssafelyandefficiently.
2. LeadtheshiftoperatorsforplantStartup/EmergencyShutdown/emergencyresponse,Trouble-shootingetc.
3. AssistmaintenanceEngineerstoimplementPreventiveMaintenance.
4. Assisttheproductionsupervisortomanagethesafetyofcontractororvisitors.
5. Holdingsafetymeetingsandperformingsafetyaudits(includingAPSAM,SIP,BSP,5M,safetyactiontrainingandsoon)andwritingsafetyreports.
6. ActingasasafetyPermitissuertoissuetheSafetypermits,managefieldsafety/maintenancesafety/constructionsafetyetc.
7. Keepgoodcommunicationwithcustomerforcloselycooperation.Workcloselywithlogistics,customers,localoperationteam,GSSMteam,OTSteam,commercialteametc.
8. Leadthenewoperatortraining/updatetheplantoperatingproceduresetc.
9. Keep&Auditcontrolroomandotherworkingareacleanandeasieraccessibility.
10. Thispositionholdershallbeabletocompletetheplantstart-uporshutdownindependently.
11. Havecertainmaintainingability,timelycompletesomeofthepreventivemaintenancetask,MIwork,troubleshootingandrelevantequipmentinspectionindependently,andthencooperatingwithengineerstofinishmajormaintenanceorTAR.
12. Leadtheplantproductivityactions,SWIMdevelopmentandminorprojectcommissioningactivities.
13. Beresponsiblefordocumentmanagement,updateandcontrol.
14. Followthejobarrangementofthecompany,completetheothertasksassignedbythePlantManager.
15. Actingastheplantmanagementrepresentativeduringtheabsenceofplantmanagementpeople.
16. Toexercisethepowerofshiftleaderandfulfillthedutyofshiftleaderissuedbycompany,intermsofsafetymanagement.

JOBREQUIREMENTS

• DegreeinChemicalengineeringandotherrelatedmajors.
• Atleast5yearsworkingexperiencewithamanufacturingcompany.
• ASUexperience/goodsafetyknowledge/Englishabilitywouldbepreferable.
• Proactive,honest,teamworkandhardworking
• Beenthusiasticandwillingtolearn.
