[order handling clerk 订单处理文员(国内订单) primary responsibility:主要工作1.receive the customers order and confirm specific information to issue the sales order confirmation to customer and give orders from customers 处理客户订单、确认规格型号等信息，给客户回传订单确认函；2.issue the internal orders to production department upon customer’s confirmation 给生产部下达订单；3.follow up on the orders, answer customer queries on order processing and communicate necessary information with customers to ensure customers satisfaction 负责订单管理，处理客户联络工作；4.cooperate with other department to handle customer’s complaints, following established procedures 协助其他相关部门处理客户投诉5.manage the stock within the established min/max stock level to avoid stock shortage 库存管理，确保一定库存量；6.handle shipment of goods to ensure on-time delivery 安排发货，确保及时发货；7.prepare required documents to finance department for invoicing and send the invoice to customers with a copy in the file; 提供财务开票所需信息，将发票复印件传至客户；8.assistant in internal administration activities like sending sample and answering customer enquires;协助完成部门其他事务，样品、回复客户询问;9.drawing via autocad; 负责公司产品autocad制图；10.other tasks by supervisor,gm. 完成上级主管及总经理下达的任务。1.bachelor graduate or above 本科或以上学历；2.at least 2 years related experience 2年以上相关工作经验；3.good command of english 良好的英语书写能力；4.be good at windows and ms office, sap擅长windows及office 软件，熟悉sap5.be good at communication, analysis. activity, details oriented and teamwork. 良好的沟通、分析能力，积极主动，关注细节，团队合作。-40]
