岗位职责：
1.Lead the QA team in Mexico plant including IQC,SQC,Project QA, Production QA & Customer service etc；
2.Make the KPI of QA dept follow up & improvement;Quality Monthly report making & reporting；
3.Handle customer audit & 3rd party audit for QA section Audit & coach suppliers；
4.Coach subordinates to meet quality request in Automotive industries；
5.Other works assigned by superior。

岗位要求：
1.Graduated a Bachelor degree above; Good Spanish English speaking & writing, its better speak Chinese;Can handle the quality issue & communicate for external(Customer & Supplier) internal CFT；
2.At least 5 years QE/PE/Supervisor working experience in PMDC related Automotive industries；
3.Master use quality tools, such as 7 QC tools;5 core automotive tools(APQP&CP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP); Problem solving methods(8D,A3,DMAIC,5-whys,FTA etc); Some hypothesis methods & DOE in Minitab so on；
4.Familiar with IATF16949,ISO9001, ISO14001,RoHS, ELV; VDA6.3 Product Audit, VDA6.5 Product Audit;CQI-8 Layered Process Audit; CQI-9/CQI-11/CQI-12/CQI-15/CQI-17/CQI-23/CQI-27；
5.Has a good communication & reporting ability can working under high pressure; Accept local & overseas business travel；
6.Master use Windows OS, Office suit(Word,Excel,PPT)。
7.能接受国外出差；
