职位描述
岗位职责：
1、主持采购部的全面工作；
2、根据营销计划和生产计划制定采购计划并督导实施；
3、完善采购制度，制定并优化采购流程，控制采购质量与成本；
4、做好采购的预测工作，根据资金运作情况、库存情况，合理进行预先采购，保证安全库存；
5、监控物流状况，控制不合理的物资采购和消费；
6、控制好物资批量进购，避开由于市场不稳定所带来的风险；
7、定期组织部门员工进行采购业务知识的学习，精通采购业务和技巧；
8、带头遵守采购制度，杜绝不良行为发生。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，工科类专业；
2、5年以上机械行业的采购经验；
3、了解机械加工、装配工艺等；
4、掌握采购原理、熟悉供应商管理；
5、工作踏实，有责任心。
