工作职责：
Manage new product transfer per standard workflow.
Critical parts make buy strategy definition.
Technical localization to reduce cost delivery time.
Suppliers selection & evaluation.
Technical communication & clarification between HQ local manufacturing parties.
Quality plan (PQIP, QMP, inspection protocol etc.) checking approval.
Critical NCR handling regular NCR reviewing with QM.
Continuously improve quality, delivery time cost.
Lead quality/product improvement projects.
Master BOM management.
IC product sales release decision together with global product manager.
Cost collection costbook maintenance, including standard delivery time.
Root cause analysis of quality problems, either in-house on-site.
Visit customers suppliers.
Participate product engineering meetings with EU PH.
Product data collection, feedback to EU PH.
new ideas of product improvement.
Actively support ATC R&D projects apply patents.


任职资格：
Bachelor degree above of pulp & paper related major
More than two years of experience in pulp & paper machinery
Familiar with technical localization
Self-motivated result-orientated
Strong team working spirit
SAP knowledge skills
Good command of English (written spoken)
