总则
General description:
不断完善控制系统设备的维护与保养计划，提高系统设备运行稳定性和可靠性，保证生产流程的控制及质量的稳定与高效。
To continuously optimize preventive maintenance of control system to improve reliability and runnability. To ensure production process control and quality stability and high Overall Equipment Effeciency.

主要职责
Major role and responsibilities:
1. 负责DCS/QCS/MCS/WIS/DRIVE/MCC/HYDRULIC/INSTRUMENTATION等控制系统的维护保养制度的建立与更新。
Responsible for maintenance system establishment and update about control system, DCS/QCS/MCS/WIS/DRIVE/MCC/HYDRULIC/INSTRUMENTATION etc.
2. 负责各控制系统的日常维修保养。
Responsible for daily maintenance about control system, DCS/QCS/MCS/WIS etc.
3. 负责各控制系统故障处理及改善。
Responsible for trouble shooting and improvment about control system, DCS/QCS/MCS/WIS etc.
4. 负责各控制系统升级、改造规划。
Responsible for update and modification about control system, DCS/QCS/MCS/WIS etc.
5. 负责控制系统新技术的引进。
Responsible for instroduction of new technology about control system, DCS/QCS/MCS/WIS etc.
6. 对现场维修人员进行控制系统等方面的培训。
Training for maintenance people about control system.
7. 制定预防性维修计划
Set the preventive / predictive maintenance schedule
8. 负责备品备件的管理和跟踪
Be in charge of spare parts management and follow up
9. 标准操作流程的制定与实施
Make SOP and implementation
10. 负责维修工程师团队的工作辅导与管理
Responsible for work coaching and administration of the maintenance engineer team.
11. 负责工程师团队的KPI制定及绩效考核
Responsible for KPI setting up and performance management for maintenance engineer team.
12. 支持SAP系统中BOM的功能搭建和核查
Support the function establishment of BOM and review in SAP system.

岗位要求
Job Requirements:
1. 电气自动化、仪表、自动化控制或计算机等相关专业，本科以上学历
Electrical automation 、Instrumentation、Automation control or Computer etc. related majors, Bachelor degree or above
2. 具有8年以上控制系统维护及品质控制系统升级等经验，有纸厂经验者优先。
8 + years of control system maintenance and quality control system update experience in paper mill
(priority) .
3. 熟练掌握办公软件.
High level of computer literacy (office software)
4. 团队合作精神,有很强的领导能力
Full of team cooperative spirit, Strong Leadership skills
5. 具有良好英语听说读写能力
Good English ability of listening and speaking,reading and writing.
6. 熟练的故障解决和根本原因分析的能力
Skilled ability in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
7. 熟悉功能原理图以及联锁逻辑图
Very familiar with function schematic diagram and lnterlock logic diagram.
8. 很好的管理技能，能带领团队共同推动持续改进过程
Very Good Management skills to lead teams and driving a continuous improvement process
