• Weeklycheck&issue“schedulenotification”tosuppliersaswellasforwarderformaterialpickingup.
• Allthepullinmaterialmustbecontrolledbydemandreporttoevaluatethedeliveryplan.
• Supplierfollowupandmaterialprocurement
• Communicatewithsuppliersfororderconfirmation
• Documentationalltherelatedpaperincaseofsupplierfailure
• Suppliersdelayinformation
• Internalcomplaintopurchasebysupervisor
• Monthlydeliveryfailurereportbysupervisor
• Premiumcostcontrol
• Fillupthespecifictransportationrequestedformincaseanyspecialtransportationisneededbeforeitisconducted;
• Incasesupplierfailure,filluptheinternaldeliverycomplainformforDelphiSuppliers;
• Alltherelateddocumentsmustbecontrolledbysupervisorproperly
• EngineerChangeSupport
• ReviewtheECNdistributionlist,providetheETAofnewmaterialtoIEbyusing“EffectiveDateFeedbackForm”
• KeepclosetoanyopenECNandkeeprelatedpersonsupdated;
• MaterialshortageAlarm,eliminateup-plannedproductioninterruption
• RegularlyreviewtheMRPdemandtodefinethepotentialriskofproductioninterruption,informrelatedpersoninadvance.
• ForwarderCo-ordination
• Forwarderwillreceivetheblankorderforreferenceonly,andreceiveDeliveryPlanforpickingupmaterial;
• Weeklycommunicatewithforwarderforon-handmateriallisttodefinetheshippingmood;

Basicqualifications

1. EducationBackground：Collegegraduateorabove
2. Skillsandknowledge

       Good command in both written  & spoken English;

       Good PC skill

       MPR II knowledge

WorkingExperience
       At least two years material planning experience.
