1.计划和调动资源，在所有相关方参加会议的基础上启动项目。

2.与各部门密切合作，掌控各部门的工作进展，以便迅速处理项目任何偏差。

REQUIREMENT

1.全日制本科及以上学历

BachelorDegreeofEngineering

2.8年以上相关工作经验，5年管理经验

＞8yearsexperiences，5yearsinmanagement.

3.熟练的英语沟通能力

FluentEnglish

4.对金属加工制成有很熟练的认知，CNC、MIM、冲压、PVD、阳极等

familiarwithmetalprocess,i.eCNC,MIM,Stamping,PVD,Anodeetc.

5. 处理问题有较强的逻辑思维能力，且逻辑清晰。
