-TobethePEPmanufacturingcoordinatorofthe relatedProductranges/BOC(boardofchange) inordertoensuretheeffectivenessofthePEPdeploymentthroughGSC.
-ToguarantytheworldwideconsistencyofthemanufacturingprocessesbydeployingProduct-ProcessRobustnessactionsplansandmanagingthePQCS-PQCPandMandatoryRequirements.
TheaimofthemissionisalsotomanagetherelationshipbetweentheBUandtheindustrialorganizationofGSC(PlantsandMDC)
PEPManufacturingCoordinationmission:
-TobetheBUSupplyChainrepresentativeatProductrangesBOCs
-TobetheoperationalManufacturingCoordinatorforComplexPEPprojects(criticalprocesses,multiplantscoordination,….)
-TomanagetherelationshipbetweentheBUteamsandtheindustrialorganizationofGSC:MCO,MCNfollow-up,PreBOCmeetings,industrializationresourcesneeds,escalation,….
ProcessConsistency:
-TomanageprocessrobustnessactionplansforallProductrangesmanaged(PQCS-PQCP,RPNreductionactionplan,....)
-Todefinethebestpracticesandthemandatoryrequirementstobedeployedworldwide.

Qualifications:
Engineeringdegreewithinthosedisciplines:mechanical,electro-mechanical,electrotechnics.
Englishmandatory
Experienceinmanufacturing,methods,industrialization,quality.
Mechanicaland Electro-mechanical.
Leadership/Communicationskillstobeabletobewellacceptedbytheplants,CEteams,projectteams
