- Bachelor’sdegreewith15yearsofITexperienceincludingInfrastructureProjects,largeTransitions,DeliveryandOperation.
- ProvenProjectManagementandManagedServicesDeliveryManagementexperienceinmanaginglargescaleITinfrastructureprojects.
- ITIL/PMPCertificationdesirable.
- ExperienceofprojectdeliveryinallaspectsofPCLifecycleManagement,specificallyintheareaofendusercomputing,SCCM,application/software/patchdeployment.
- Excellentcommunicationskillswithastrongabilitytopersuadeandinfluenceclientandstakeholders.
- Abilitytoworkeffectivelyindiverse,multi-culturalenvironmentsatGlobalLevel.
- AbilitytoworkwiththeCXOlevelincustomerorganizationsindevelopingstrategies,relationships,etc.
- KnowledgeofManagedServicesDeliverypractices,processandtools.
