TransitionManagement

• OwnanddriveassignedTransition&TransformationProjectswithinthestipulatedtimelines.
• Producedetailedplanswithagreedmilestonesandinterdependenciesandobtainnecessarystakeholdersign-off.
• ParticipateinallGovernancereviewswiththecustomer/stakeholders
• DesignandimplementPMOstructureforinternalandstakeholdergovernance.
• Meetalldeliverables&businessoutcomeswithintheagreedtimelines&budget.
• PublishweeklytransitiondashboardincorporatingallTransitionstreamstothestakeholders.
• Responsibleformanagementofthewidertransitionteam,projectmanagementresource,internaltechnicalresource,3rdpartysuppliers,accountteammembers.

• Interfacewith3rdpartysuppliers,forplanningtimelinesandtoensurequalityofdeliverables.

KNOWLEDGE&EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’sdegreewith15yearsofITexperienceincludingInfrastructureProjects,largeTransitions,DeliveryandOperation.
• ProvenProjectManagementandManagedServicesDeliveryManagementexperienceinmanaginglargescaleITinfrastructureprojects. 
• ITIL/PMPCertificationdesirable. 
• ExperienceofprojectdeliveryinallaspectsofPCLifecycleManagement,specificallyintheareaofendusercomputing,SCCM,application/software/patchdeployment.
• Excellentcommunicationskillswithastrongabilitytopersuadeandinfluenceclientandstakeholders.
• Abilitytoworkeffectivelyindiverse,multi-culturalenvironmentsatGlobalLevel.
• AbilitytoworkwiththeCXOlevelincustomerorganizationsindevelopingstrategies,relationships,etc.
• KnowledgeofManagedServicesDeliverypractices,processandtools.
• Riskmanagementexperiencewithabilitytoproactivelyassess/manage/mitigaterisks.
