Identifieshighprioritypricingissuesinatimelymannerandensureskeyinformationisdeliveredandsharedwithallkeystakeholders;also,asneeded,helpstheTAaccessleadstoconvenethecross-functionalteamsthatneedtobeassembledtoresolvecriticalpricingissues.
WorkswithBusinessGroupleaderstoalignpricingdecisionswithBGcommercialandoverallPfizerenterpriseinterests.Anticipatesshort-termandlong-termoutcomesandoperationalimplementationofpricingdecisions;ensurescompliancewithpricingrevisions.
PartnerswithGlobalcolleaguestosupportplanningandmanagementofsubmissionofPSPs,asneededafteralignmentwithcountrycross-functionalteams.
Worksindependentlyonmostassignments;self-initiatesactionsnecessarytoobtaindesiredresults.
LeadskeypricingprojectsasidentifiedbyBGandGMCleadership,marketingbrandleads,andcommercialdevelopmenttoensuresuccessfulexecution.
任职资格:
Education&Experience
DegreeinBusinessAdministration,preferablywithmajororspecializationinfinance,accounting,marketing,orstrategy.
Minimum3yearsofexperienceinthepharmaceuticalorotherhighlyregulatedindustry.ExperiencewithPricing,FP&A,MarketingPlanning,BusinessAnalysis,CommercialStrategy,tendersorstakeholderexperienceinhealthcarehighlydesirable.
