工作职责:
ThepositionofPBGChinaMarketAccessLeadisresponsibleforleadingtheAccessfunctionsofthePfizerBiopharmaceuticalsGroup(PBG)businessesinChina.Thisindividualwillsetvision&directionforallaccesspracticeincludingvision,objectives,strategies,tacticsandplatformstoprioritize/directinitiativestoachievePBGChinabusinesstargetsandleadingposition;
PositionResponsibilities:
Responsiblefortheoveralldirection,managementandperformanceofPBGChinaAccess;
WorkcloselywithPBGChinacoreLTmembers,toaddressallaccessrelatedissue/opportunitiesforallTA/BU/Categories,tosupportachievingbusinessgoals;
Provideagileresponsetorapidlyevolvedpolicies,andbethesinglepointofcontacttoprovidebusinessimplicationtorelatedinternalteamsontimelybasis;
Developthemarketaccessstrategies,maximizemarketaccessopportunitiesatcentralandlocallevelstoenhanceaccessibilityandavailabilityofPfizerproducts,aswellasmitigatethebarriersandchallengestosupportthebusinessexpansionandgrowth;
Directcentralgovernmentaffairteamtostrengthensolidrelationshipwithcentralgovernment(NHSA,NHC,CDFA,MOFCOM,etc.).Playthestrategicpartnerroletosetuplargescaleplatformsonnationallevelfornewhealthcareecosystemandpolicyshaping,includingQCE,VBP(VolumebasedProcurement),NRDL,rationaluseofdrug,DRGs,etc.;
Directlocalgovernmentaffairteamsforpolicyshapingonmultiplelayersoflocalgovernmentviavariousinitiatives/projects,includingQCE,VBP(VolumebasedProcurement),NRDL,CDI(CatastrophicDiseaseInsurance)negotiations,OPCDL(OutpatientChronicDiseaseList)/OPSDL(OutpatientSpecialDiseaseList)listing,rationaluseofdrug,etc.
Drivetodevelopintegratedpricingstrategiesanddailypricemaintenance/adjustment,forbothinlineandpipelineproducts;
Fullyleverageallexternalchannels/resourcestoexploreinnovativebusinessmodel,includinghospitallisting,patientmanagementthrough3rdparties;
Drivetodevelopstrategiesandinitiativestoaddressaffordabilityissue,partnerwithgovernmenttomakemorepatientsmedicatedwithqualitydrugs,i.e.patientassistantprogram,andotherinnovativemodels;
UpgradeAccesscapabilitiesforPBGChinaandfocusontodeveloplocaltalents;
Responsibleforoveralloperation,includingbudgetmanagement,culturecultivation,etc.;
Ensurecompliancewithallapplicableinternalandexternalstandards;

BACKGROUNDREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’sdegreerequired;
Minimumof15+yearsofaccessorrelatedexperienceinthepharmaceuticalindustry,salesexperiencespreferred;
10+yearsofpeopleleadershipexperiencewithdemonstratedabilitytolead,motivateandprovideprofessionaldevelopmenttoamidtolargesizedteam;
DeepexperienceinChinapharmaceuticalindustry;
Globalviewandperspectivewithlocalinsights;
Soundgovernment/customerrelationshiporcapabilityforrelationshipbuildingup;
