[职责描述： 1. 识别、理解、和确保所有客户的要求并传递到厂内各个部门，且能在开发和量产阶段得到贯彻和落实 primary responsibility is to identify understand interpret and ensure that all customer requirementswill be achieved during projects launching and sop by all the departments 2. 负责项目阶段的质量策划，确保每个阶段产品样件的交付质量及每个阶段质量文件及结果的正确输出（量产生产线和量产模具生产除外）be responsible for quality planning in project phases and quality assurance and make sure quality documents readiness for each gate. (p1p1p2p3p4) 3. 运用dfmea pfmea等工具参与对项目阶段质量风险进行评估和识别并确保项目阶段所有质量问题和风险点都从系统上得到了彻底的解决 use dfmea， pfmea to evaluate and figure out the quality risk for each program and make all the quality problem and risk be solved from system 4. 组织team对总成件及自制件的测量方法进行明确的定义并行成测量方案，以确保测量点和测量结果的一致性，监督并确保sq对外购零部件测量方法的定义并形成测量方案organize team to evaluate the measurement method of the assembly parts to make sure the measurement result consistency 5. 对产品图纸冻结后生产的产品组织team进行产品符图性解读（符合性不只是限于尺寸，功能，外观，还需要包括全图纸的解读） organize team to review the product after drawing fixed to makes sure the product meet drawing ( not only dimension appearance and function and remarks etc) 6. 评估pv大纲的完整性及与客户要求的符合性，并对pv结果进行评估并批准。 evaluate the integrity and compliance with customer for pv plan and evaluate whether the pv test result meet the requirement 7. aar 样件的提交并获得客户批准aar sample submit and get customer approval.. 8. ppap提交并获得客户批准，妥善保存项目ppap文件（包括电子档和纸本档）及ppap样件. ppap documents submission and get full ppap approval from customer. keep the ppap records and reserve the hardcopy and softcopy also ppap master samples should be well reserved. 9. pv 前各阶段交样件的质量保证，对尺寸、功能报告的制作。ensure the quality for the perpv sample delivery do report for dimension and function test. 10. 参与项目阶段报价（人工、总成检具、3c认证费 等），控制项目质量成本 包括检具费、样件费、工时、招待费等。quote for new project about the edt assembly component inspection fixture3c certification etc. control the quality cost includes but not limited to gaugesamplesedt entertainment etc 11. 与检具工程师合作完成检具规划及验收过程. work with gauge engineer to finish gauge planningbuilding and approval process. 12. sop前客户端问题的分析和解决 quality problem analysi and solving before sop 13. 项目阶段3c 证书的申请3c application at program period 14. 总结项目管理过程中的经验教训. provide summery lessons learn of all the project process not only the quality issues 15. 完成上级交办的其它工作. complete other assignments given by manager. 岗位要求： 1、3 years customer quality management project management working experience in international automotive industry 3年以上质量管理和项目管理工作经验 有国际汽车行业相关经验者优先。2、product process or quality engineering experience expertise required 产品，过程或质量工程的经验和专业知识要求3、 statistical methods on dpfmea grr spcdoemsa... prefer to have green belt black belt master black belt... desired. 熟悉统计方法dpfmea grr spcmsa 4、familiar with automotive industry customer requirement and process 熟悉汽车行业客户要求并有相关项目经验5、open minded good communication skills with team work性格开朗，善于沟通，团队协作精神. 6、ts16949 automotive industry quality system knowledge and experience 了解ts 16949汽车行业质量体系 伟速达（荆州）汽车安全系统有限公司成立于2018年10月，隶属于美国威斯康星州的美国伟速达联盟集团，是伟速达联盟在中国境内的第三家全资子公司，位于湖北省荆州市经济技术开发区，占地面积5万平方米，建筑面积2.5万平方米，主要产品为高端外门把手组件，汽车前盖锁、后盖拉锁、点火锁，后盖把手，外部装饰和照明产品等。公司主要为奔驰、上汽通用、长安福特、上汽大众、一汽大众、沃尔沃、广汽本田、东风本田、广汽菲亚特、吉利、长安等国内汽车制造商提供优良的产品和服务。公司计划于2020年批量生产。]
