Main Responsibilities:
1.Develop and maintain a long-term strategy for power management. This includes transformer loading, distribution, coordinating high voltage work and upkeep of documentation.
2.In charge of plant electrical and instrument equipments maintenance
3.Responsible for improvement of E&I equipments under precondition of corresponding to SHE regulations and requirements; engage in drafting and updating operation specification
4.Draw up E&I equipments daily and annual maintenance plans for the plant, take charge to ensure and follow up the effective implementation of these plans. Provide spare parts list, in charge of spare parts management on the site to control cost effectively.
5.Draw up E&I equipment procedures and operation manuals, monitoring production department electrical equipment usage
6.Draft the machine operation training plan for employees of the department, track the implementation of the plan and responsible for its development according to the target of the department; promote the capability of employees
7.Responsible for the communication with machine suppliers to obtain outer support
8.In charge of the investigation and analysis of machine accidents, making corrective countermeasure, verifying the result to ensure its effectiveness
9.Responsible for plant energy management (Electric), analyzing and finding improvements and opportunities
10.Provide training on new technologies that are introduced into the plant through related projects.
11.Ensure the optimal project processing and compliance with project budgets
12.Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
1.Graduate in Electrical or Automation discipline
2.At least 3~7 years of Electrical Engineering or Industry Automation maintenance experience
3.FMCG / Food / Beverage, or Pharmaceutical Industries background
4.MS office / AutoCAD capability
