Responsibility:
1. To be primarily responsible for the business development and market promotion of DESMI Gear pump and centrifugal pump in industry.
2. Develop sales plans, activities and pipeline management in order to reach the quarterly & yearly target.
3. Give strong technical and commercial support to sales team, distributors, engineering companies and end-users.
4. To gather, analyze and share market intelligence with management, which could lead to future business growth opportunities
5. To prepare reports highlighting the marketing & sales achievements in the market segments and territory
6. Other duties as assigned

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in process equipment or mechanical engineering
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
3. Demonstrate experience, marketing & sales skills and proven track record within a similar product environment
4. 3-5 years sales experience in centrifugal pump or relatively products in water marketing.
5. Familiar with products or channels of Grundfos, or Wilo, or KSB
