Purpose of the job: To develop and support Record to Report processes for RTR team and units and co-operate with other FS stakeholders. To carry out Financial accounting, management accounting and analyzing and performance reporting services of named units.
Responsibility: Responsible for ensuring accounting information flow from information sources to RTR team and finance tools. Responsible to give needed expertise and instructions to support accurate and effective accounting and reporting process.

Main tasks:
? Provide expertise of accounting and reporting related issues for F&C in specific finance tools and in defined processes.
? Support teams globally by having deep system and process knowledge of own process area
? Provide a key contact point for users in specific finance process and related tools
? Control process development and testing for defined processes
? Actively contributing to internal control framework development
? Co-ordination and delivery of user training based on needs

Requirements:
? Master’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, preferably in accounting or equal qualification
? Minimum 5 years’ work experience in accounting and reporting responsibilities in global environment
? Fluency in English
? Expertise in accounting and reporting processes, techniques and in defined tools
? In-depth understanding of own process chain and linkages to other processes
? Solution oriented and problem solving mind-set, analytical skills and good communication and presentation skills
? Strong collaboration, influencing and team working skills with positive attitude towards changing environment
