Underwritingpractices
HealthInsuranceassumptions
Appropriaterisksidentificationinnewproductpricingandfacilitatethedevelopmentofrelevantriskmitigationplans
Appropriatenessofexperiencestudiesandthetrackingofupdatedexperiencestoassesshealthinsuranceassumptionssetting
BestEstimatedLiabilitiesandreserve2ndopinion

3.Ensurethatcomprehensiveriskprofilesareprepared,maintainedandreportedintheinsuranceaspectsofAXATP’sbusinessthroughclosecollaborationwithfrontlinebusinesspartnerssuchasproductdevelopment,actuarialteametc.Whenneeded,supporttheannualriskassessmentprocessforspecificfunctionaldepartments

4.SupportCROinassessingreinsurancerelatedactivitiessuchasannualretentionlimitsstudy,catastrophereinsurance,neworrevisedreinsurancestrategiesetc.

5.SupporttheimplementationofAXAGroup’sRiskAppetite&insurancerisklimitsmonitoringprocessbyengaginginmoretechnicaldiscussionsattheworkinglevel,ifneeded

6.Driveasoundriskculture,promotingopendiscussionwithinthebusiness,debateandchallengeacrossfunctionalunits,independentpeerreviewasanormwithregardtokeyreportsanddecisions,andpro-activemanagementofrisksandissues.Workcloselyandcollectivelywithfunctionalunitstosupportmanagementinensuringtheirrisksareidentified,assessed,reportedandmanaged
