主要职责  

?Primarily responsible for import and export activities regarding customs clearance 主要负责进出口报关业务 

• a)Be responsible for customs &CIQ related certificate application and management. 负责海关和商检相关证书的申请和管理。

  b)Duty- exempted equipment management. 免税设备管理。

  c)Supervise the communications between brokers for arriving information 监督经纪人之间的信息沟通

  d)Supervise the activities for inbound and outbound document preparation and customs clearance follow up.  监督进出境文件的准备和清关工作。

  e)coordinate / supervise the shipping delivery information with logistics team.  与物流团队协调/监督发货信息。

  f)Review and check the billing& payment to the brokers 审核和核对给经纪人的账单和付款

  g)Customs platform systems maintenance 海关平台系统维护

  h)Supervise importing duty payment (broker advance payment & EDI payment)  监管进口关税的支付(经纪商预付款及电子数据交换付款)

  i)TAX payment request to FIN. Department.  向财务部提出纳税申请。

  j)Coordinate others related customs activities 协调其他相关海关活动

  ?Be responsible for all document preparation and filing 负责所有文件的准备和归档

  k)Timely documents collection and pass to Finance 及时收集并移交给财务部

  l)Systematically keep file properly 系统地妥善保存档案

  ?Provide the reporting as requested 按要求提供报告

  m)Daily customs declaration report 每日报关单

  n)Weekly customs declaration report 每周报关单

  o)Monthly broker KPI report 经纪人月度KPI报告

  p)Monthly broker cost report 经纪人每月成本报告

  q)Monthly machine or parts list including tax report 每月设备或零件清单，包括税单

  r)Other requested report 其他要求报告

  ?On site Report high risk compliance issue to GTC manager & PC manager  在线向GTC经理和PC经理汇报高风险合规问题
