BeinginchargeofValueStreamproductionqualitycontrolandassuranceprocessstandardizationandimprovement
Analyze,judgeandqualityissuesinproductionlinetoassureon-timequalifiedproductsoutputandcorrectiveactionimplementation
Control,approveandsolveproductionqualityproblemson-timetomeetthecustomerrequirements.
Quicklyresponseforboththeinternalandexternalqualityissueandcustomercomplain,suchasWIR,PRR,etc.
Familiarwithproblemsolvingtools, suchas8D,5Why,fishbonediagram,FTA,etc.
CoordinatePPAPandon-timeprovidePPAPdocumenttocustomer
ParticipateinPFMEA,controlplanandfilerelatedrecord
ParticipateinthecustomerauditandIATFaudit
Monitorandkeeptheimplementationofqualitycontrolsystem
Trainandmanagetechnicianandinspectortomakesurecorrectiveactionsimplementedandoperatorsfollow-up
Collect&analyzequalitydatasuchasFTQtomakesurecontinuousimprovementinproductionprocess.
Self-developcapabilitiestomeettheCompanyrequirement
Goodcommunicationskillandorganizingability
Traintechnicianstoimprovetheircapabilities

QUALIFICATION:

· Bachelordegreeorabove,engineeringandrelatedmajors

· Strongengineeringknowledge,Qualitysystemsknowledgeandprocesscontrol.FamiliarwithIATF16949,ISO14000,ExcellentEnglishandMicrosoftskills.Familiarwithourproductsandproductdrawing,haveknowledgeandexperienceofFMEA,MSAandSPC,etc.havingqualitymanagementandinspectionexperience.

· Over2yearsQualitymanagementworkingexperience
