TheMedicalOperationMgrisresponsibleforprovidingwillstronglycontributetotheestablishmentofanoperationalframework/infrastructuretoensureadequateoversightoftheexecutionofMAactivitiesincludingexternalfunding,Grants,InvestigatorSponsoredResearchandpromotionalmaterialreviewprocess.Inaddition,thispersonwillprovidebothmanagementtoolsandtrainingtomatchestheneedsofthe6medicalTAsandensureallmedicalinitiativesarecomplycompanypolicyandbehaveguide.Thispersonoperatesasaseniorleveloperationsliaisonandthoughtpartneronavarietyofstrategicinitiatives,on-goinginternaldeliverablesandspecialprojects-workingwith6MedicalTAsteam,EMMedicalexcellentTeam,finance,legal,ComplianceTeam,MedicalQuality&oversightTeamandothermembersoftheLeadershipTeamaswellasBUs.
MedicalGovernance
EnsuresallmedicalTAactivitiestointegrityanddeliveryofthehigheststandardofqualityandincompliancewithallapplicablePfizerqualityprocesses,externalrequirementsandethicalstandards
1) WorkingwithMQO,providemanagementtoolandcommuncationtoolformedicalteamtobuildtheirknowledgeofacting.suchasExternalfunding/grants/study/ABPolicy/EducationalMeetingGuidetorelatedmedicalteamtoensurecomplianceintimelyandeffectivemanner.
2) ConductMedicalAffairsinternalcontrolandregularqualitychecktoensuretheirimplementationFCPA/PCOauditrequirementandensureMArelatedcompliance.ActasakeymemberintheMArelatedpolicydevelopment,prepareauditandfollowuptheCAPAetcincollaborationwithMQO,Legal,ComplianceandMACoEteam.
3) ThispersonshouldsupportCoEteamtostandardizesystemandoperationalproceduresmeetChinabusinessneed.suchaspromotionalmaterialsreview,Investigator-initiaedstudyandotherstudyetc.inordertoimproveorganizationalefficiencyandcompliance.
